The Societies Management Committee are:
Chair: James Exton - VP Societies
As Chair to the Societies Management Committee, I manage the meeting, as well as provide my knowledge and opinion for the rest of the committee to take into account when making decisions. The Societies Management Committee are essential to the running of the Society body, as without them, my job would be so many more times harder.
Secretary: Juliet Colley
My name is Juliet and I'm in my second year studying Business with Accounting and Finance. I am treasurer of the Business and Finance Society and secretary of the Societies Management Committee, I am also very involved with the CU. I love being involved with societies because it allows you to develop your skills and interests as well as making new friends. I am also very sporty and I especially enjoy running and swimming.

Hey, my name is Ellen (a.k.a Funstuff apparently!) I’m in my first year studying Politics and International Relations. I’ve been a part of several societies including, International Relations, RockSoc, and Pride. This year I hope to be even more involved with both the societies and the Students Union. I’m also planning on organising some awesome events for all the societies to enjoy!

Hey everybody I'm Kaila (everyone calls me Kay). I'm in second year studying Astronomy and Physics. I'm involved in the Astronomy and Physics Society and in the Trent Rugby Team. I'm really looking forward to being more involved in the union this year and hopefully helping out all the societies with any problems they may have =)."

Heya, I'm Rebecca (aka Becca or Becks) and I'm a final year Astronomy and Physics student here at Trent. I'm originally from Germany but have been in England for five years now. I'm also on the Astronomy and Physics committee with which I first got involved last year to help bring the Society back to life and so far it looks promising. I'm looking forward to working with the Societies Management Committee this year to make societies at NTSU an overall more fun experience for everyone.

Hi! My name is Sheena Shah, and I am a final year student studying Accounting and Finance. I am Vice President and Events Co-ordinator for the Trent Hindu Society, and over the past few years have been an intergral part of several other Societies. I am looking forward to my role on the Societies Management Committee, and hope to represent and support all Societies over the year
