► Fresher Reps

Fresher Reps are NTU student volunteers who ensure that every new student at Trent settles well into their new surroundings.

Their job is to encourage all first year students to get involved in events throughout Welcome Week (a.k.a. Freshers Week), as well as ensuring that they attend all their required course inductions.

There are over 400 Fresher Reps this year, and they have the privilege of helping to shape the university experiences of more than 7,000 Freshers!

One of the most memorable weeks of a student’s life can be made brilliant by the Reps, who will be on hand to motivate as well as guide all new NTU students. A Fresher Rep is not only helpful and there to look out for you during Welcome Week, but also someone who has already experienced at least a year here at Trent - and in many cases is a new friend instantly made.
