Trent's RAG Week raises £5842.14!

NTSU's charity fundraising group, RAG (Raising And Giving), recently hosted its annual RAG Week, successfully raising £5842.14 for some very worthy causes. Of the total amount raised, £5013.12 was donated by NTU LLR, who agreed to contribute all.......

A group of NTU students has raised £1,895.75 for Japan’s tsunami/earthquake survivors in just two days after answering an urgent appeal from RAG, NTSU’s fundraising group. Members of the Chinese Society, Japanese Society, Initi8 Volunteering and RAG.....

The annual event, which sees Trent students compete in teams to see who can travel the furthest away and back within 52 hours without spending a penny on transportation, has been praised as a great success for RAG, NTSU’s fundraising group.......

On Tuesday 8th March, NTSU will play host to a Clothes Swap event in aid of charity and to promote Fairtrade Fortnight. The event, which runs from 12 noon to 4pm in Byron House (City SU), promises to feature a great selection of donated clothing.......
