The Societies Committees' Hub is here to provide all society committee members with the tools they need to run their society. Here we have all the relevant documentation to apply for grant money, spend your money, plan a trip and all the ‘How2’ guides you will need to run your society! Just click the buttons below for the documents you want to download.

To book a room for your society's meetings, or if your society wants to book the SU minibus or car, simply click the buttons below and fill out the form(s).	To access money in your A or C account, fill out the Requisition Form. To apply for grant money, fill out a Grant Form. The next Grant Deadline will be published at the Societies Training Days
If you are planning a trip/activity or event outside of Nottingham you will need to fill out an Activity Registration Form. If your activity involves any risks you will need to supply a risk assessment. Click the 'Risk Assessment' link below for all templates.	If you have an accident or near miss at an event or whilst on a trip, you need to fill out an Accident/Near Miss Form. For details of the Emergency Procedure, click the button below.
For everything you do, you can now earn points for your society and your house! The ‘Points Request Form’ sends the request to us and we allocate your points. The ‘House Points System’ shows which house each society belongs to, and will include a breakdown of each of the points.	Here is the handover form; this brings together all the information that we need to ensure that your society survives into the next academic year!

The Code of Practice document contains all the rules, regulations, and policies to which societies must abide.
