We are currently recruiting for people to become Project Leaders on our One Day Volunteering Committee.

If you like the idea of engaging with the local community, planning projects tailored to your work experience needs, gaining training and recognition to add to your CV, working with a team of like-minded people, and doing something extremely meaningful with your spare time, becoming an Initi8 Project Leader is a brilliant opportunity.

In return for your commitment and time (between 3-5 hours per week, plus planning time) we can offer a number of training certificates, including an Employability Award and ILM Certificate in Leadership and Management* (usually £700), references to your future employers, experience for the Acceler8 Award, and the opportunity to make a difference.

*a registration charge of £45 is required for this certificate.
