Areas Nottingham: Where to live

Clifton and Brackenhurst students may also wish to live in or around the city centre. The question that you have to ask yourselves as a Clifton or Brackenhurst student is do you want to travel into lectures and seminars or do you want to travel in for nights out, cinema or shopping? The advantage of living in the city centre is that these services are on your doorstep.

In and around City Centre

Students studying at the city campus do not need to look very far as there is an abundance of student accommodation on the University’s doorstep.

Distance to Uni: 5-10 mins walk to city campus.

Taxi to the Union: £3, very close – if walking to and from make sure you walk with friends.
Overall: A very convenient area to live for Uni and the City Centre.
