NTSU President Bradley Fox

Interested in having a say in the future of NTU? Strategy Week is your opportunity to!

What is Strategy Week?

Strategy Week, taking place from 12th-16th November,  is a whole week dedicated to gathering feedback and ideas to inform NTU’s and NTSU’s new strategies.

The strategies will outline the University and Students’ Union’s priorities for the next five years and you’ll be given a chance to have a say in what those will be throughout the week.

How you can I get involved?

There are a couple of different ways you can get involved.

Collaborative Strategy Workshop

The two-hour, interactive workshop will feature an inspiring presentation on futurology from a leading digital industry expert. You’ll get to participate in group discussions with other students and academics on a number of key themes that affect your university experience, including wellbeing and employability.

Focus groups

Led by your Executive Officers, the Strategy Focus Groups are a chance for specific groups of students to share their feedback and ideas for the new strategy.

Click the focus group you would like to attend below to book your place.

Students from ethnic minorities

Monday 12th November, City SU Training Room, 11am - 12:30pm

Mature and postgraduate students

International students

Why should I get involved?

Taking part in Strategy Week is a unique opportunity to impact the future of the University and SU and gain valuable experience working alongside leaders at NTU which will be great for your personal development and CV.

Attending the workshop will count towards your CPD hours too and we’re giving away free pizza and refreshments on the night as a thank you for your feedback.

If you have any questions about Strategy Week, send me an email. Otherwise, I look forward to seeing you there and hearing your ideas!
