LWOT Wristbands are sold out. Wristbands must be collected from the City SU Box Office from Wednesday 29th May. The Box Office is open 10am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you don’t collect your wristband, you might not be able to gain entry to all of the events.
To collect your wristband, you’ll need photo ID and your ticket code. You can find your ticket code by logging into your account here on our website and heading to the ‘My Tickets’ section.
If you can’t collect your wristband, you can nominate a friend to do so by emailing permission to email@example.com. Please ensure they have your ticket code when collecting.
Lost wristbands cannot be replaced. If you have put on your wristband and it’s too tight or broken, you can exchange your broken wristband at the Box Office for a new one.
End of term tickets are extremely limited, and we want to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy the week. If an event you want to attend is sold out, please register for the waiting list here. If you can no longer attend an event you have purchased a ticket for, you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org to check the waiting list. If there is anyone waiting for a ticket, we will refund your purchase.
Anyone found to be selling tickets above face value will have their tickets voided, and risk being banned from all Students’ Union events in the future.
