Once you have found the room you'd like to book, you can fill in the simple form linked on the room information page, and you will receive a booking confirmation and a reminder of how to access your room. Remember to fill in your contact details so that we can let you know if there is a problem and to tell us if you have any requirements such as catering or disability access. Hiring one of our venue spaces is easy! Simply fill in the form listed on the venue information page, in as much detail as possible, about what your proposed event is going to be, what requirements you have and which venue you are interested in. Once completed, our Events Co-ordinator will be in touch to discuss your ideas, advise on our spaces and availability, and support you at every step of the event process.
Once submitted, you will receive an email receipt to confirm your request has been sent. This is not a booking confirmation. Our venue spaces are available to hire at our City and Clifton campuses. We have held a wide range of events and activities for external clients and can accommodate anything from private parties such as birthdays, engagements and wedding receptions to award ceremonies, charity auctions, galas and balls. We can cater for large scale conferences, forums and exhibitions to performances, concerts, proms and sporting events.
We have a dedicated Hospitality team that will support and advise every step of the way through the event process. We have a talented crew of technical specialists that can provide the very best in audio, visual and lighting to suit your event and our Events Co-ordinator will ensure that all aspects of your event run smoothly and professionally.
