Student Sign On

We have not been able to find your student record this may be due to any of the reasons listed below:

1. If you are a new student and have just completed your online enrolment, you may need to wait 2-3 days before you are able to log in.

2. If you opted out of the Student Union receiving your data during the enrolment process you will not be able to log in as a student. If you wish to change this decision you can do so by emailing support@ntu.ac.uk . Once you have received confirmation from the university that they have changed your preference on the Union receiving your data please allow 2-3 working days for our system to be updated before attempting to log in.

3. You may no longer be an active student at the university and therefore will need to register as a guest where you will be able to access non student specific sections of the website and purchase non student only tickets / products.

4. You maybe a member of university staff and if so will need to register as a guest where you will be able to access non student specific sections of the website and purchase non student only tickets / products.

If you don't believe you don't fall into any of the above scenarios please email comms@su.ntu.ac.uk providing full contact information and your Student ID number.
