Over the course of this year, several students have pointed out the abundance of rubbish on the floor outside Brack halls. Specifically cigarette ends thrown on the floor. After speaking to some students, they have stated that there is a lack of bins outside the front doors to keep the area tidy and it has caused tension between flats within the same courtyard as bins are constantly being moved around and claimed by others. Currently, it makes accommodation look neglected and unkept which will not be good for prospective students and/or the public. 

The big idea I want to put forward is that there are more bins placed just outside of front doors (and are emptied as often as possible by the on-site cleaners) and the current cigarette ends need to be cleaned up.
