All new students are given a Freshers’ wristband when they arrive at NTU. This identifies you as a new student and shows that you are eligible to attend official Freshers’ Week events. Standard Freshers’ wristbands are free of charge, though you will have to pay an entry fee on the door to access our Freshtival events.
To get more value out of Freshers’ Week, you can upgrade to a Freshtival wristband, which grants you discounted pre-paid access to NTSU’s official Freshers events as well as other discounts and benefits.
NTSU’s Official Freshtival Wristband is a premium wristband that gives you access to exclusive discounts and perks to make sure your first week at NTU is one you never forget.
We estimate that a Freshtival Wristband will save you £18 on average compared to paying on the door, assuming you would like to get involved in the full programme of Freshtival events. We offer a range of packages which include other discounted items as well as the Freshtival Wristband, increasing your overall saving compared to buying the individual items separately. T&Cs apply.
