What is Grit Training?

Grit is a unique personal development programme which aims to change the way you think for the better.

 

What will I learn from it?

The sessions will cover everything from exploring new perspectives and improving your confidence to looking at the things that drive you and creating powerful new relationships, giving you the tools you need to develop a mind-set for success.

 

How long does it last?

The new and improved Grit Training course will take place over 3 days. It will run 9am-5pm every day. If you’ve attended the 1 day course before, it’s an ideal opportunity to delve deeper into the inner workings of your mind-set and build on what you’ve already learnt.

 

How do I get involved?

You’ll need to sign up to a one-hour enrolment session first. To make it easy for you to attend, we have arranged multiple sessions for you to choose from. There are several one-hour timeslots on each of the 3 days. You only need to attend one session. Sign up to one using the links below:
