Do you have what it takes to make the next big design for NTU clothing? We’re giving you the chance to do just that.

NTSU are offering students the opportunity to have their very own designs printed on NTU sweatshirts and sold in our shops and, whether you’re an Art and Design student or you’ve just got a keen eye for detail, we want to see your submissions!

How to enter

Step 1. Create your design

Step 2. Download our sweatshirt template and add your design to it, showing size and placement.

Step 3. Upload your design file as well as the template with your design on it via this form

That's it!

There are just two rules you need to follow. Your design must include the phrase “Nottingham Trent University” or “NTU” and you can use a maximum of five colours.

Remember your design will be printed on the front of the sweatshirt only.

Wondering what software to use? We’ve put together the following list to help you.

  • Illustrator  (ai, eps or pdf file)

  • Photoshop

  • Gimp

  • Inkscape

  • Boxy SVG

If you don’t have access to professional design software, don’t worry - you can use Microsoft Office.

The deadline for submissions is Wednesday 13th December. A panel of NTSU Exec Officers and Staff will then shortlist them.

Shortlisted entries will be notified by email the week commencing 18th December and the winning design will be voted for by NTU students on our social media channels.

If you’re successful, you’ll have the opportunity to work with our professional in-house designer to finalise your design before it goes to print. It’ll then be sold in NTSU shops on campus and you’ll get your very own printed sweatshirt for free.

Good luck!
