De-stress in May with these fun activities

Thursday 12-05-2022 - 17:42

If the end of the year is starting to feel a bit intense and you're looking for ways to manage your stress, don't worry — we've got you covered.

We know exam season can be stressful. It can feel overwhelming and confusing to know where to get help. That's why throughout May, we're doing three things to help you.

  1. Our Information and Advice service is setting up stalls on City, Clifton & Brackenhurst campuses. Come along and speak to one of our team if you want help without making an appointment.
  2. We are creating chillout spaces in the SU at City, Clifton & Brackenhurst. You can come here any time to get some mental space and enjoy some downtime.
  3. We're running a program of non-drinking activities, including games nights, movie nights, craft sessions, and days out to help you take a break from your studies.

Sound good? See what's happening at your campus below.
