That's why NTSU and NTU are raising funds for Movember this month.
+ We're growing Mo's to start conversations about men's health.
+ We're doing a 5km group run every Tuesday to give us an opportunity to be active and talk about our mental health.
+ We're hosting a magnificent Movember Quiz. (Head to @Movember_ntu on Instagram for more details on our Movember events.)
+ We're taking on an epic fitness challenge of 200 squats, 100 press ups, 100 sit-ups, and 50 burpees each day.
Together, NTSU and NTU have a fundraising goal of £18k, and you can help us meet our target.
1. If you're running your own challenge or fundraising activity, sign up on the Movember website and create a team. You'll help fund groundbreaking men's health projects while having fun and doing a heap of good.
2. Got a Movember team already? Sign up for the NTU challenge so your funds can contribute to our £18k target.
3. Want to take part in any of our activities listed above? Register on the Movember website and join our NTSU team.
4. Want to donate to Movember without taking part in a challenge? Hit the donate button on our Mo page and contribute to our £18k target.
