The Marketing, Communications & Digital (MarComms) team at Nottingham Trent Students’ Union needs support and expertise from every department to ensure our members engage with the services our organisation provides. This form is divided into three sections to streamline the process, making it quicker for you to complete and ensuring our team has all the information needed to keep our marketing and communication channels up-to-date with relevant and engaging content.
Process
This form serves two primary purposes:
1. Quick Updates: For minor updates to the website or existing designs, let us know what information needs amending.
2. New Campaigns: For new initiatives, fill out the ‘New Campaign’ section. This allows you to provide all the necessary details for us to start planning. After submission, the Marketing, Communication & Digital department will follow up with a meeting to build a marketing strategy, list necessary actions, and set timelines.
*Note: Ongoing or annual campaigns will be addressed outside this form through their own meetings or regular interdepartmental meetings.

This all-staff folder contains guides to things such as uploading website content, using our social media channels, productivity and effective collaborative working. It also has a freelancer directory in case you need to outsource any design or photography. Take some time to explore it when you get a chance—there's lots of helpful stuff in there.
