Clifton ATM machines

This idea was rejected by Student Council as it was not felt that there is enough need for cash to justify the expense of installing and maintaining a cash machine, and that no particular security concerns have been highlighted on Clifton campus
I feel that there should be another cash machine on Clifton campus near new hall. As the only outdoor one is near the library and usually runs out of cash or is too dangerous to use at late nights. If there was one near new hall it would be easier for students to get cash out at night.

I do however support the addition of a cash point in the vicinity of the point as it makes sense to distribute demand between the two ends of the campus
