This was rejected by council. It would have implications on our data sharing practices that we have to follow by law.
When a society requests to see their account balance, under the current system it takes ages to get this. Once this is received it is already a week maybe two weeks old. My idea is to have an online platform where societys can login and view their balances and possibly look at statements a bit like online banking. This would allow societies to make quicker decisions with regards to what events to run and when (especially the smaller societies).
