This idea was rejected by Student Council on 10th December 2019, as the idea had not received wide support online and, whilst all comercial deals are scrutinised regularly, there are currently no plans to end the deal with dominos.
This is a bold move and may well be quite divisive - but I propose we disaffiliate ourselves with Dominos Pizza.
It's expensive, unhealthy and unsustainable and as such doesn't represent the direction or visions of the university and union.
We should instead partner with a company that would instant food more representative of the sustainability goals our institutions pride themselves on.
