To be able to have access to a list of our library books that we have out from any library across the university and to be able to  renew these library books via the NTU app, rather than only being able to do so via a computer as many students struggle to gain access to a computer to be able to do so, or go to a library and do it in person. This would make it easier for students to have access to all aspects of their university life in one place rather than having to use different technology for different aspects.
