If after using the information below you still have problems, please email info@su.ntu.ac.uk describing your problem, ideally with screenshots of any messages you can see.

To reset your password, make sure you are signed in, then visit ‘your account/profile’ and select ‘change password’ from the list of options that will be displayed on the left-hand-side of the page.

You will then be presented with two boxes where you will be asked to enter your existing password and your new password choice.

If you have blocked your account you can re-visit the site at a later point in time and re-try your credentials.

If you need to gain access to the site immediately, please telephone 0115 848 6200 or email info@su.ntu.ac.uk to unlock your account.

Please make sure you are signing into your account via the sign-in box in the top right-hand corner of the Students’ Union webpage.

You will then be requested to provide your username and password to enter the site. If you have forgotten your password, a link is provided for you to set a new password by confirming your e-mail address.
