Welcome to NTU BSL Society!

About us...

Welcome to British Sign Language society!

We are a growing society dedicated to teaching British Sign Language and spreading awareness about d/Deaf community.

We hold regular sessions on both City and Clifton campuses where you can learn and practice BSL, chat or just make new friends. Our sessions are open to everyone, whether you are just starting out in BSL or if you're a more experienced signer. We also host a variety of events throughout the year, including guest speakers, games nights, movie nights and quizzes, as well as a range of charity fundraising events for you to get involved in.

If you're interested in learning BSL but aren't sure about joining the society yet, feel free to come along to any sessions you like! New members are always welcome to test out a session before committing to officially joining the society.

The exact times and locations for our sessions are currently to be determined, but if you would like to be kept up to date with this please don't hesistate to contact us via Instagram (@ntusignlanguage) or via email (NTSUSignLanguage@su.ntu.ac.uk). You can also contact us there about getting a link to our WhatsApp. Upcoming events will also be posted on this webpage, so check back regularly for updates!

We can't wait to meet you all! 😊
