While there is some plant based options available to students across the Student's Union spaces, there is a lack of variety when it comes to Vegan options. A lot of the vegetarian options available are simply just cheese whereas there is only one type of Vegan option compared to the large quantity of other items. I think it would be beneficial to provide atleast 1 or 2 more veggie/vegan options to suit a larger range of students. I have also been told while ordering Vegan items that they may not be part of the meal deal whereas the same sandwich with a meat options is.
