Currently, handovers for societies are largely left to the discretion of the committee members that are currently in the positions. There are several positions which are universal to all societies, (President, Treasurer, Secretary) for which a standardized handover pack could be made simplifying the process for all societies in the future. This would, as well as simplifying the jobs for all future committee members, ensure that all societies would be held to appropriate NTSU standards because all committee members would be fully aware of the details of their posts. This would also make it simpler for new societies who have no precedent to work from on creating handover packs. In this regard, a blank template handover document could also be made that would be customizable for all extra positions.
