If you are a newly elected society committee member it is compulsory for you to attend a training session on how to successfully get your group running for the next academic year. In the first half of this session we will cover: 

• How societies function within the wider SU 
• What a year in the life of a society looks like 
• Important things to consider over summer e.g.) funding and freshers applications
• Events and finance planning

This will be followed by a Q+A with previous committee members who can answer any questions you may have about societies.
