Sale of these offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. If you have purchased a Totum card, please allow 24 hours for a voucher to be emailed to you. If you have not recived a voucher in this time, please check your junk email then email boxoffice@su.ntu.ac.uk 
2. If you have purchased a bundle which includes entry the last Ocean of term, you will be added to the online ticket list and should show your student card on the door. The last Ocean of term is Wednesday 11th December 2019. 
3. If you have purchased a bundle which includes entry to Last Day of term, you will be added to the guest list. Q-jump only avaliable until 11.30am. Last Day of Term is Friday 13th December 2019. 
3. If you have purchased a bundle which includes free enry to climax for the rest of the academic year, you will be added to the guest list. You will be able to q-jump a further 2 people but they must have advance tickets. Q-jump only avaliable until 12.30am. 
4. If you have purchased individual event tickets, (Last Day of Term, Brackmas) you will be added to the guest list and should show your student card on the door at the event for entry. 
5. Terms & condititons set out by Ocean night club do not represent the values of Nottingham Trent Students Union. 

Tickets & entry to the Students’ Union are subject to the terms and conditions set out below:

1. The management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
2. The management reserves the right to eject any patron from the establishment should they breach any rules or regulations of the venue.
3. The management reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.
4. This event is 18+ and for students and guests only. NTU students can sign in 2 x non student guests each.
5. Student card and valid photo ID required for entry. Valid ID includes all PASS certified identification including (but not limited to) driving licence, passport and citizen card.
6. Photocopied ID is NOT accepted as valid.
7. Out of date ID is NOT accepted as valid.
8. All tickets are non-refundable.
9. E-tickets are assigned to the ticket purchaser by name. In the event the ticket purchaser gives their ticket to another person, the purchaser should email boxoffice@su.ntu.ac.uk to change the name on the ticket, and should do so from the email address that was used to purchase the ticket.
10. If any ticket is re-sold for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the students union, the ticket may be voided and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
11. Tickets are valid for one use only. Once an e-ticket is scanned or a stub removed, it will become invalid for re-entry.
12. All online orders are subject to a booking fee. Tickets are available for purchase from the City SU box office free from booking fee charge.
13. Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
14. The Students’ Union will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal property bought into the venue.
15. All patrons consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
16. Only beverages bought on the premises may be consumed in the venue.
17. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, including the use of e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area outside of the venue.
