Climax Term 1 Season Pass

The sale of this season pass is subject to the following terms and conditions;
- The season pass is non refundable and non transferable. It will be assigned to the purchaser by name and that person will be the only person permitted to use it.
- All season pass cards remain the property of Nottingham Trent Students Union.
- Priority entry and queue jump will be through the Loft door entrance to the Students Union. Space inside the venue will only be reserved until midnight (12am). After this time season pass holders will join the regular queues. The will not be charged for entry no matter the time of entry.
- If someone other than the card holder is found to be using it, the card will be confiscated.
- Lost cards should be reported as soon as possible by emailing entertainments@su.ntu.ac.uk or visiting the City SU Box Office
- Flash sales of discounted tickets will be sent to the email address used to purchase the season pass. Management reserve the right to withdraw these offers at any time. All flash events are subject to their own terms and conditions.
- Priority LDOT tickets will go on sale Wednesday 6th December between 10am and 5pm from the City SU Box Office or online. Once this deadline has passed priority tickets will no longer be available. All Last Day of Term tickets are subject to their own terms and conditions.
