Rising spectacularly from the East African plains, Mount Kilimanjaro stands proudly as the Roof of Africa. With its summit, Uhuru Peak, at a frosty 5,895 metres, you are treated to dramatic views of glaciers and vast savannah, all from above the clouds. Nothing can match that star-studded sky and the feeling of watching the sun rise over these impressive plains. Whilst in Tanzania you will also be given the opportunity to visit a Childreach International project in the Kilimanjaro region to understand the work we do and meet some of the children whose lives are changed by your fundraising.
