Even if your committee are all best mates, there's always a chance of conflict at some point throughout the year. Conflict isn't necessarily a bad thing, provided you know how to deal with it. 

The objectives of this session are:

• To understand the importance and benefit of teamwork
• To understand conflict and why it happens
• To explore the benefits of conflict
• To understand NTSU complaints policy

This session is for all committee roles.
