Tickets & entry to the Students’ Union are subject to the terms and conditions set out below:

1. The management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
2. The management reserves the right to eject any patron from the establishment should they breach any rules or regulations of the venue.
3. The management reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.
4. This event is 18+.
5. Valid photo ID required for entry. Valid ID includes all PASS certified identification including (but not limited to) driving licence, passport and citizen card.
6. Photocopied ID is NOT accepted as valid.
7. Out of date ID is NOT accepted as valid.
8. All tickets are non-refundable. 
9. If any ticket is re-sold for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the students union, the ticket may be voided and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. Tickets are valid for one use only. Once an e-ticket is scanned or a stub removed, it will become invalid for re-entry.
11. All online orders are subject to a booking fee.
12. Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
13. The Students’ Union will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal property bought into the venue.
14. All patrons consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
15. Only beverages bought on the premises may be consumed in the venue.
16. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, including the use of e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area outside of the venue.
