Tickets & entry to the Students’ Union are subject to the terms and conditions set out below: 

You are required to read the below in full 

1. All tickets have an ‘entry time’ and management reserve the right to refuse admission if entry is attempted after the designated time. Please allow for at least 10 minutes before tickets entry time to accommodate for queues. 

2. The management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason. 

3. The management reserves the right to eject any patron from the establishment should they breach any rules or regulations of the venue. This includes all rules that have come into effect regarding government guidance surrounding COVID-19. 
   These being:  
   - Masks must be worn while queueing to gain entry into the Venue 
   - Masks must be worn while moving around the Venue (going to the toilet, smoking area or leaving) 
   - Events are seated with no more than six people per table. Patrons must remain seated for the event unless moving to the toilet, smoking area or leaving the venue. 
   - Patrons must complete a form of track and trace either those on tables or through the NHS Covid-19 app posted around the venue. 

4. The management reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons. 

5. This event is 18+ and for students and guests only. NTU students can sign in 2 x non student guests each. 

6. Student card and valid photo ID required for entry. Valid ID includes all PASS certified identification including (but not limited to) driving licence, passport and citizen card. 

7. Photocopied ID is NOT accepted as valid. 

8. Out of date ID is NOT accepted as valid. 

9. All tickets are non-refundable unless the Students Union is impacted by government regulation, however this refund will not include the booking fee. 

10. E-tickets are assigned to the ticket purchaser by name. In the event the ticket purchaser gives their ticket to another person, the purchaser should email entertainments@su.ntu.ac.uk to change the name on the ticket, and should do so from the email address that was used to purchase the ticket. 

11. If any ticket is re-sold for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the students union, the ticket may be voided and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue. 

12. Tickets are valid for one use only. Once an e-ticket is scanned or a stub removed, it will become invalid for re-entry. 

13. All online orders are subject to a booking fee.  

14. Lost tickets cannot be replaced. 

15. The Students’ Union will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal property bought into the venue. 

16. All patrons consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience. 

17. Only beverages bought on the premises may be consumed in the venue. 

18. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, including the use of e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area outside of the venue.
