Wristbands & entry to the Students’ Union for LDOT are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Admission to venues other than the Students' Union is at the discretion of the management of said venues (Nottingham Rock City, Ocean):

1. The management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
2. The management reserves the right to eject any patron from the establishment should they breach any rules or regulations of the venue.
3. The management reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons. 
4. One ticket per person. NTU students can also purchase two guest tickets.  
5. Student card required for ticket purchase. 
6. This event is 18+ and for students and guests only. NTU students can sign in 2 x non-student guests each. 
7. Student card and valid photo ID required for entry. Valid ID includes all PASS certified identification including (but not limited to) driving licence, passport and citizen card. 
8. Photocopied ID is NOT accepted as valid.
9. Out of date ID is NOT accepted as valid.
10. All tickets are non-refundable. 
11. E-tickets are assigned to the ticket purchaser by name. In the event the ticket purchaser gives their ticket to another person, the purchaser should email boxoffice@su.ntu.ac.uk to change the name on the ticket, and should do so from the email address that was used to purchase the ticket. 
12. If any ticket is re-sold for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the students union, the ticket may be voided and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue. 
13. Tickets are valid for one use only. Once an e-ticket is scanned or a stub removed, it will become invalid for re-entry. 
14. Wristbands will be void if removed or tampered with.  
15. In the event a wristband becomes broken or loose, return to the place of purchase with the damaged wristband to exchange for a new one. 
16. Lost wristbands or tickets cannot be replaced. 
17. All online orders are subject to a booking fee. Tickets are available for purchase from the City SU box office free from booking fee charge. 
18. The Students’ Union will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal property bought into the venue.
19. All patrons consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
20. Only beverages bought on the premises may be consumed in the venue. 
21. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, including the use of e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area outside of the venue.
