Ticket collection (for those that have already purchased an online ticket):
To avoid long queues on the night, we recommend that you print out your online ticket (go to "Your Account" and click on "My Tickets") and exchange it for a physical ticket before the event. Details of how you can do this are as follows:
Please exchange your online ticket for a physical ticket at the SU Box Office (Lower Ground Floor of SU Building, Shakespeare Street) from Monday 22nd September - Friday 3rd October. Collection times are between 10am-5pm on Monday to Friday and 12pm-5pm on Saturday. Please bring your printed online ticket (or mobile version) and your ID with you to collect your ticket(s). If you're unable to collect your ticket in advance, please bring your online ticket with you to the door on the night, but be aware there may be long queues. This event is for NUS card holders and their guests only, please bring your card with you on the night. Valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or a PASS approved card) is also required for entry to all Students Union evening events.
