Come together for Rep Boat Ball 2024. Reunite with your Rep Teams and enjoy a fun night of music, food and drink, whilst sailing across the River for this 3-hour private party!

 

• Travel: Please arrive at City SU for 5.45pm, where two buses will take you directly to the venue (included in the ticket price). They will leave promptly at 6pm, so if you miss it, you will have to make your own way to Princess River Cruises, and you will not be reimbursed for the cost of travel. The same applies for travel back to City SU - the buses will leave at 10.15pm. If you do not wish to travel to or from the venue by our transport, please get in touch.

 

• Food:  Chicken* Curry and Rice (Vegetarian option available) *Halal Chicken. Please send in your dietary requirements by 21st March using the form link here.

 

Within the party package, you can get:

- All house spirits (single measures only) - white rum, dark rum, coconut rum, peach schnapps, vodka, whiskey, gin, dry martini, martini bianco, martini rosso, and brandy

- All draught beers (by the pint or half pint) - East Coast IPA, Inch`s cider, Fosters and Carlsberg. 

- Alcopops (by the bottle) - various flavours 

- Wine (by the 125ml glass) - White, Red and Rose 

- Soft drinks - Coke, Diet coke, Lemonade, Ginger Ale, Bitter Lemon, Tonic water, Still water, Soda water, Orange juice, Pineapple juice, Cranberry juice

 

 

House Rules (please read)

• Drinks will only be replenished on the return of an empty glass or bottle to the bar.
• No shots. No rounds. Only one drink per person at any one time. 
• Any other drinks not included in the aforementioned drinks menu will have to be paid for.
• Subject to current licensing laws, the vessel crew reserve the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to any passenger they deem to be too drunk or acting in a manner likely to jeopardise their own safety or the safety of anyone on board.

 

IMPORTANT: This event is open only to the Freshers' 2023 Team. If you purchase a ticket and were not a Freshers' Rep, you will not be allowed to attend the event, and you will not be reimbursed. You will also not reimbursed for the full ticket price if you decide to not show up on the day, or miss the sailing time. Due to the capacity of the boat, once these tickets have sold out, we will not be uploading more.
