Tickets purchased online are available to collect from the SU Box Office (Lower Ground Floor of SU Building, Shakespeare Street) from Mon 23rd May - Mon 13th June. Collection times are between 10am-5pm on weekdays (excluding bank holidays). Alternatively you can collect from the Arena on the night of the event from 8:30pm. Please bring your printed receipt (or mobile version) and your ID with you to collect your ticket. Only the person logged on at the time of purchasing the tickets will be permitted to collect them. We would recommend that you collect your ticket(s) in advance to avoid long queues at the Arena. Tickets for Grad Ball are non-refundable. Grad Ball tickets are available to students and their guests. Up to 2 x guests allowed per student, all attendees must have a separate ticket. ID will be required at the main event and after party venues.
