The ticket deposit scheme allows customers to purchase a Grad Ball ticket in two instalments.  The overall price payable is the same as if the ticket was bought in one lump sum on the main ticket release day in April 2016.  The first instalment is this deposit, charged at £14 (+£1 transaction fee).  The second instalment will be charged at either £24 + £1.50 for Grad Ball Main Event only, or £30 (+£1.50 transaction fee) for Grad Ball Main Event & After Party.  The second instalment will be due between the last week of April 2016 and Friday 27th May 2016.  Payments are non-refundable (except in the case that the event is cancelled).  Customers of the deposit scheme will receive e-mail reminders about payment of the second instalment.  If this second instalment remains unpaid after Friday 27th May 2016, the deposit instalment will be forfeited.  To avoid confusion, please ensure you use the same login and request the same quantity of tickets when paying for the first and second instalments.  Grad Ball tickets, including the deposit scheme is available to students and their guests.  Up to 2 x guests allowed per student, all attendees must have a separate ticket.  ID will be required at the main event and after party venues.
