Guided Meditation

Try out a simple, guided meditation. With practice and over time meditation can help us to feel calmer, more peaceful and less affected by the events happening around us. It can help to improve concentration, helping us to shift our focus from our busy minds to a quieter space. It can give us more clarity, greater perspective and help to improve general wellbeing.

 

The event will take place over Microsoft Teams. You will be emailed a link to the session before it starts.
