This is a free session hosted by the NTSU Opportunities team for all societies committee members. By the end of this session you will be able to:
- Understand the principles of leadership
- Discuss what makes a good or bad leader
- Identify relevant leadership styles for committee members and when to use them
- Recognise the steps to allow you to develop as a leader
