This event has expired or is no longer available.
If you are interested in working with elderly people then this is the opportunity for you!
As people already know, the Nottingham Goose Fayre is one of the best fayres around! However, not all Nottingham residents are able to attend the event for many different reasons including their age! Therefore Radford Care Group are planning to hold a 'Mini Goose Fayre' for the elderly people involved in their group as they are unable to attend the main event.
Volunteers from NTU will be needed to help set up, run the event with the Group managers as well as take part and interact with the members!
Wednesday: 1.30pm- 5.30pm*
(Help care group staff set up stalls, decorations, baking cakes/toffee and generally creating a real goosefayre atmosphere in their Hall)
Thursday: 9.30am-1.30pm*
(Help the care group staff host the mini Goose Fayre, run stalls such as a coconut shy and hook a duck, as well as enaging with the elderly members and taking part!)
Friday: 9.30-1.30pm*
(Help the care group staff host the mini Goose Fayre, run stalls such as a coconut shy and hook a duck, as well as enaging with the elderly members and taking part!)
*Please note the finish times are approximate
