To be a Nightline volunteer, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be a current student at Nottingham Trent University
• Have fluent spoken and written English. You must be able to easily understand and be understood over the phone. You must have good written English skills as you will be required to operate our email and instant messaging services as well as our phone service.
• Be able to attend the initial training day on Saturday 26^th October. Please be aware that, due to the quantity of material covered in this session, those unable to attend will not be able to train.

*Please note that students are not able to train in their final semester*

Once you have completed this, please email it to nightlinetraining@nottingham.ac.uk before midnight on 13th October 2013. No applications can be accepted after this time. If your application is successful you will be invited to interview. Both successful and unsuccessful candidates will be notified by email.
