Old Trafford and Manchester Shopping
Go behind the scenes at Manchester United's famous Old Trafford stadium. You can sit in your favourite player's seat in the dressing room, walk through the players’ tunnel towards the pitch and sit in the manager's seat in the dugout. You'll see the press room where the manager makes his statement after each home game, and the VIP room that has hosted so many big names over the years. After completing your behind the scenes tour, you'll get a personalised certificate to commemorate your visit to Old Trafford.
After the tour you will have time to shop at the huge Trafford Shopping Centre with it's great selection of brands and restaurants.
Your ticket includes the tour of the stadium, entrance to the museum and all of your transport.
What do I need to bring?
- Your ticket!
- Appropriate clothing for the weather on the day
- Any spending money you want
- A rucksack
- A bottle of water
Your ticket does not include the price of lunch, so we would recommend bring a packed lunch or money to buy lunch.
Instructions for ticket holders:
- Arrive at the pick-up location at least 15 minutes before the stated departure time. This allows us to keep the trip on schedule.
- Have your ticket ready for inspection. This can either be a physical copy collected from the Box Office or an email confirmation.
- Please be dressed appropriately for the weather conditions
- Be advised that the coaches will be leaving promptly at the coach pick up point at 4pm.
- Our driver will not wait for you if you are late. They will leave in the morning at the pick-up point at 8am, and again the departure point at 5pm. If you miss the return coach, you will have to utilise public transport options to return to Nottingham.

Tickets, Cancelations, Refunds and Adverse Weather Conditions
- All tickets once sold are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances except where a trip is cancelled by NTSU. Notifications of cancellations will be given on social media and email where available. If you are unable to attend and provide sufficient notice we may be able to resell your ticket but you will only receive a refund if the ticket is sold.
- Adverse weather conditions which are held to jeopardise the safety of the trip, will result in the cancelation of the trip. Thereupon a full refund and options to reschedule will become available accordingly.
- The presence of precipitation, wind or unpleasant weather conditions will not automatically entitle participants to a refund. Sign ups must expect and be prepared for all aspects of British weather.
- Students must be on time at the meeting point or coach will leave without them. This is the case both leaving and returning.

Expected Conduct and Liabilities
- Please observe the authority of the trip leader and follow all reasonable instructions. Our staff and guides are there to keep you safe!
- We advise against you taking expensive or sentimental belongings on these trips. Nottingham Trent Students’ Union cannot be held liable or responsible for any losses sustained to property however caused.
