Please arrive early to each event to avoid long queues.  We recommend arrival between 10:30pm-11pm.  The wristband guarantees entry until midnight after which you will be allowed in if space permits.  

Please note, entry to the Student Union is subject to the following  terms and conditions. All other venues operate there to thier own terms and conditions and these do not represent the those of the student union.

Tickets & entry to the Students’ Union are subject to the terms and conditions set out below:

1. The management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
2. The management reserves the right to eject any patron from the establishment should they breach any rules or regulations of the venue.
3. The management reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.
4. This event is 18+ and for students and guests only. NTU students can sign in 2 x non student guests each.
5. Student card and valid photo ID required for entry. Valid ID includes all PASS certified identification including (but not limited to) driving licence, passport and citizen card.
6. Photocopied ID is NOT accepted as valid.
7. Out of date ID is NOT accepted as valid.
8. All wristbands are non-refundable for any reason. 
9. E-tickets are assigned to the ticket purchaser by name. In the event the ticket purchaser gives their ticket to another person, the purchaser should email boxoffice@su.ntu.ac.uk to change the name on the ticket, and should do so from the email address that was used to purchase the ticket.
10. If any ticket is re-sold for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the students union, the ticket may be voided and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
11. Tickets are valid for one use only. Once an e-ticket is scanned or a stub removed, it will become invalid for re-entry.
12. All online orders are subject to a booking fee. Tickets are available for purchase from the City SU box office free from booking fee charge.
13. All wristbands should be collected from the City SU Box Office. Wristbands can be collected from Friday 21st September, and the Box Office will be open every day 10am - 5pm until Friday 28th September. 
14. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.
15. Broken wristbands are not valid for entry. Broken wristbands can be replaced at the City SU Box Office which is open Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm. 
16. The Students’ Union will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal property bought into the venue.
17. All patrons consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
18. Only beverages bought on the premises may be consumed in the venue.
19. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, including the use of e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area outside of the venue
