Run or Dye are looking for dye throwers & registration helpers whilst grooving to the music & getting colourful! All proceeds go to 3 local charities! 

At this stage volunteers do not need to sign up, they just turn up on the day and tell us they are here to volunteer.

Volunteers are needed from 7:30am - 11:30ish at Nottingham's Forest Recreation Ground on Saturday 11th October. Each volunteer will get an run or dye volunteers T shirt, a bottle of water and granola bar. Volunteers will be our dye throwers on the dye stations and registration helpers, grooving to music and getting colourful.
