Tickets are non-refundable.
You must bring valid photo ID, student card and online ticket confirmation (either printed or on a mobile device) to gain entry to the event at The Nottingham Belfry Hotel & Spa. No advance ticket collection required. You will be given a wristband on the evening.
You must not bring alcohol onsite to the event. There will be security checks before entry.
All coaches will leave promptly at 5.15pm. If you are unable to arrive at the meeting point before 5.15pm the coach will not wait and you will have to make your own transport arrangements to arrive at the venue.
Any food, drink or alcohol will not be permitted on the coaches.
Free entry to Climax at the City SU will apply only to arrivals before 12.30am. Please show your wristband to gain entry.
You will be asked to specify your Sports club, campus collection for travel and any dietary requirements when purchasing a ticket. These cannot be changed after purchase.
If you do specify a dietary requirement, it is your responsibility to sit at the allocated table at the event by looking for your name on the table plan at the venue and double check with the serving staff before consuming the meal that your dietary request has been fulfilled.
