Sports Council 5:30 — 6:10 PM

The first half of the meeting will be for attendees of Sports Council only. 2 committee members from each club must attend.

Two members of next year's committee are also welcome, but their attendance is not mandatory.

Nottingham Games Briefing 6:15 — 7:00 PM

The second half of the meeting (from 18:15) will be a briefing for committee members from clubs participating in this year's Nottingham Games.

If you'd like to invite more members of your committee along at this point you may, and it's the perfect opportunity to ask any questions ahead of the games themselves.
