Your place in the competition is made secure when you have paid your entry fee which is to be a sponsorship donation (a minimum of £15 – a prize will go to the competitor who raises the most!) and it must be received by 29^th February 2016. 

The entry fee is none refundable

Your choice of song must be emailed to uni_polestars@live.com by 1^st March 2016 in order to “reserve” your song choice. You must also email the mp3 file of your song before the day of the competition. We also ask that you bring the mp3 file of your song on a USB stick on the day of the competition as a backup.
