This year’s series starts with a big one; Handball, badminton, canoe polo, swimming, water polo, fencing, karate, table tennis, volleyball and golf all played in one day!

Please note that pool events are incredibly popular and to secure your place to view, you will need to ensure that you enter the pool spectator area in advance of the event; as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Please also note that food and drink is not allowed in the pool spectator area and overshoes will need to be worn at all times (provided).

Note: Bag checks will be in operation. No alcohol is allowed to be brought in or consumed inside the venues. Anyone found consuming alcohol will be asked to leave.
