Collection

Tickets for all varsity events MUST be collected from the Box Office at Nottingham Trent Students' Union.   
Please bring your purchase confirmation (either printed or on a mobile device) and ID with you to collect your tickets. You are only allowed to collect tickets you have purchased.
Tickets can be collected from Monday 11th March 10am until Wednesday 3rd April 3pm. 

Entry

You will need to bring your physical varsity ticket to all events to gain entry. Admittance to the venue will not be permitted without a ticket. ID is required for entry.
No food or drink will be allowed through entry points and bags will be searched, to avoid queues please refrain from bringing bags if not needed.
Rights of admission reserved by venue management.

General

Please arrive early to secure a good seat. We have avoided reserving seats, so you can sit where you like but please be considerate and don’t leave gaps between seats.

Tickets are non-refundable or transferable.

**No alcohol is allowed to be brought in or consumed inside this venue. Anyone found consuming alcohol will be asked to leave. If you arrive at the venue intoxicated you will be denied entry to the event. **
