During fresher’s week IAS need volunteers to help promote their service to new students. This role is all about talking to students and putting them at ease during their first week at Uni and signposting them to IAS should they have any concerns. There will be an activity to engage students, which as a volunteer you will manage as well as setting up and packing away the stall.

By volunteering you will develop the following skills:: Good listener, approachable, reliable, excellent team work and confidence when  talking to new people.

You will only be required to volunteer for as long as you can spare
